The 2009 workshop will be held at the West Virginia University State 4-H Camp, Jackson’s Mill near Weston, WV.  Participants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the workshop. I will have exact travel information to the location to send to you at a later date.  Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided.  Bath towels are not provided however they can be rented if you forget.

The registration fee listed on the workshop application/registration includes the cost of meals, dormitory lodging, program and insurance.

COSTS:  New Yorkers… Time is short – as we are just receiving this information.  The total cost of the workshop is from $325 to $375 depending on when the application is received.  All New York applications must go through the NYS 4-H Shooting Sports Coordinator William Schwerd.  New York will pay half the cost for up to 12 instructors.  Selection will be made on need for the disciplines and geographic locations as we work to spread teaching teams across the state.  Applications need to be returned by March 27 for the $325 fee.
